@EHeaps91 WiFi signal strength will inevitably vary due tomthe layout and type of construction in your home. Using an app like WiFi sweetspots on a mobile device like a phone should help you map the coverage this app measures network speed so is unaffected by other traffic which can upset internet speed tests.
However if you get variable speeds in one position that is less easy to explain. Sky tell use the Max Hub does take time to optimise coverage especially shen running with its matched pods. Another factor could be interference from other WiFi networks or from other devices that use wireless communication like wireless speakers DECT cordless phones etc.

It was fine in same place with BT much faster wifi speeds. Also judging from these forums and reddit forums sky knows this router is no good.
