Wifi max downtime schedule

I am trying to set up a downtime schedule in the mySky app.

After naming the schedule and selecting the icon, i press next to select the days and times.

It allows me to sellect the days with no issues.

With the times however, it defaults to 20:00 to pause and 08:00 to restart.

When trying to change the times to 19:00 and 07:30, on pressing confirm, the times do not change and just revert to the defaults.

When i select different icons, i get different default times, but the same issue remains.

Any ideas?

@MattB698 not heard of this issue before but I would. Suggest fully closing and then reopening the app to see if thst clears the issue.if it doesn't give Sky a call.

Re: Wifi max downtime schedule

I think I have solved the issue.

Rather than gently scrolling to the time I wanted, I had to vigorously swipe up so the number wheel span and settled itself to the centre of a number.

When scrolling myself even though the number would turn blue, it would never lock into the centre.
