Wifi max Parental controls bypass

So recently found out my 15 year old has been bypassing the down time when his wifi has been paused by changing the mac address on his Xbox 

Paying for something extra that's not even working 😞

@mjrichards43 it is worth reporting this to Sky as the Sky Max parental controls dont use the mac address alone to identify devices BUT the parental control system that a determined teen cant break has not as yet invented. 

However as Sky should be aware I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Unfortunately the solution of me constantly re adding the device back to a profile till its bypassed again. 

Wasn't appropriate for me,

So a  quick phone call to sky and managed to downgrade free of charge

I'm just glad they waved the termination charge as still in contract till next November
