Wifi loosing connection

I work from home full time and my daughter works from home on Wednesday's. Our WiFi been sporadically loosing connection and saying not connected, then having to reconnect. This has been happening for about the last 6 weeks. It's causing problems with our work as we loose connection sporadically during the day and quire a few times during important teams meetings. I Look on the main box on my sky q and it's saying WiFi working and connected. All the lights are on and nothing showing an amber on the hub. Tried turning hub off and on and still is loosing connection. When I've lost connection I've tested my broadband on sky and it's staying the broadband and WiFi is fine. I'm not losing connection for a long time to be honest  just a few minutes but it's frustrating, especially when in teams meetings. I've tried searching sky to get a number to call someone but found nothing... Just a link to set up with this forum to ask the question
