Wifi keeps dropping out

The wifi constantly drops out like all the time. My laptop has to re connect and one my mobile it keeps saying no connection. We did call a few weeks ago but I work from home and it's got to the point where iam seriously considering trying to cancel our whole contract unless something can be done. Weirdly I think it all started a few months ago when the road around the corner was dug up.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
