I am having intermittent issue with the Wifi - the middle light on router turns off then flashes Amber for a while then goes off again. Few minutes later all ok again but is happening about every five minutes!
Had a replacement router from Sky last month as was happening then - any ideas?

If you go into the service checker in the My Sky app it might offer to book an engineer to check your line. If it doesnt post your black Sky hub's connection stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

Thanks @Chrisee have tried to log in to maintenance but password not being accepted - have tried both the options! Any ideas?

Find out more@ClaireC52 as you cant get into the app I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get the issue with your broaband sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
Unfortunately that team are unlikely to be able to sort the id/password issue out as that has to be done over the phone
