@Tina3009 first point you are buying a domestic connection from Sky that you choose to use that for work is your business but it gives no priority. You need to have a fall back plan for when the connection is down.
If the lights on your hub show the connection has dropped (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) then log into the My Sky app over a mobile connection and run the service checker it msy not have picked up thst your connection is down but it will tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line. If they aren't call Sky to report it. Faults reported todsy on domestic lines should normally be fixed by Thursday night but after last weekend's storm it could take longer as Openreach are very busy.
