No network

No internet I have a new connection. Power LED is green on ONT, PON LED is off, LOS led flashes red. The bot doesn't help. I can't contact the office. Where and how can I apply?

@ClammentKung if your activation is due today you will have to wait until Openreach complete the work which can be anytime up until midnight. If your connection was due yesterday or before give Sky a call to check if there is a problem.
