Hi
We recently had an engineer out as our drop line needed replacing and for a couple of weeks the internet has been fine but for the last couple of days the wifi keeps dropping out and has done so this morning at least 3 times.
We have tried all the advice from the sky site and previous customer support representatives but we would like this to stop happening as we both work from home and this is affecting our work.
Please can someone advise what we can do to recify this as otherwise I will not have any other choice but to leave sky and try another provider.
