No Internet
I'm working from home and suddenly the Internet disconnected. I can't connect via mobile or laptop. I rang sky and automated message provided a link to test my WiFi and broadband. It stated there was an issue with my broadband. When I selected fix, it just runs the same tests, and now says everything running fine, yet I stil have no Internet. Error message on my laptop states service provider is restricting access to the Internet. Please help!
