Wifi issues

Our sky hub is showing green signal but no wifi connections , just one amber light on the box. Tried restarting the sky hub but still no luck . Error shown no Internet connections.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Hi Checked with our neighbors too and everyone in our area is complaining about sky braodband issues . Please check at your side as we have already carried all checks recommended on your website

Having the same issues. Checks say everything is fine but I know it's not, because my babies monitor isn't working!
