Re: Wifi issues as per usual
Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Wifi issues as per usual
@Jamie245 the service checker does not pick up line issues instantly it takes up to an hour. The best way to check is to look st the lights on your hub (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) which show whether the issue is with the line or in your home network. If your line is dropping repeatedly call Sky to get it checked out. If however it is aWiFi issue in your home thst can be down to inteference shere the best solution is normally to improve the WiFi signal by getting an extender or similar.
