Wifi issue

Can you please advise why my it advises poor service for WiFi connection to my phone? I'm paying for the service? Everyone who connects to the WiFi has no issues at all but myself who as the main account holder does? I'd like advise please as my online account  here contanstly states...

"oh no ...there seems to be a problem

We're working on it...We are currently

unable to continue and apologise for

any inconvenience caused"

This seems to be the case whenever I follow your guidelines for further assistance on anything I press on on my online account, no impressed so far with this service.

I even received a credit for a bill I shouldn't of even had for 60p less than the bill amount for a box I never even unwrapped and returned!!!  I'm getting quite frustrated with the service ! Ive never known a issue for a phone to connect to the WiFi!

Is shows 'poor' .... then

"Get help with this device " when I select this option the same comes up.....

"oh no ...there seems to be a problem

We're working on it...We are currently

unable to continue and apologise for

any inconvenience caused"

What am I actually paying for????

@Gem57 you are nottalking to Sky by posting in the forum.

It sounds like you have a WiFi issue with your phone which could be down to the phone if it is the only device affected and it does not connect in areas of your home other devices do connect. It is known for phones to have poor connection to their internal aerials or simply a dodgy wifi chip. Nothing Sky can do about a faulty phone.

The other possibility is simply you are trying to connect in areas of your home with poor wifi coverage but if that is true other devices would be affected. What is certain is that the Sky hub is not in someway deciding not to connect to your phone and preferring other devices that is trchnically impossible.
