Wifi issue

Our wifi keeps dropping in and out, we watch live tv and the signal goes and the programme turns off. We cant seem to get signal on our phones so we have to now keep switching on and off our router to reboot but then an hour or so later it happens again. We problem does not come back on our phones but does on the tv. We have done all the checks you recommend and it has not changed.
