Wifi isn't working

WIFI is completely off , I checked the service checker which says I have good speed and everything's working correctly but that's a complete lie because I have NO WIFI and cannot get onto the internet ... Sky these issues with the wifi need looking ASAP as myself and others seem to have either slow connection or the WIFI signal completely dropping and it seems to be on a regular basis. We are all paying for the service every month for nothing !!!!!

I'm the same usually only 1 red light. It happens at least once a week. Tonight there's 2 lights on

@leeskybox @char82 @Ashlea51 at the time you all posted most likely explanation is overnight maintenance work. This is timed to incovuencectge minimum number of users. If thst is the cause your lines will be back by now.
