@Shashini1 as a first step run the Service Checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection as that will show you the speed to your hub assuming it is connected. It will also tell you if Sky arexaware of a fault affecting your line. It can also givecguidance if the WiFi in your home has an issue. If still stuck call Sky whose lines are opening now.
