Wifi is down

The WiFi has gone down and all the lights have gone off on the openreach box. I have run a test and it says its all working fine. I've turned the router and the sky q box off at the plug but still nothing had come back on. All the sky is off too. Please can you help?

@Jimmy17  Is there a red light on the Openreach box or as you said no life in it at all?
