I have moved to a different city about 2 mohts ago. In the beginning, the connection was working fine, but then started dropping from time to time, and more frequently. Just today it dropped at least FOUR times, three of which were during the working hours (I work hybrid and this is a big problem).
The disconnects last a few minutes, but they often break my regular VPN (I have to reconnect it manually) or, while working, put my work VPN and apps on pause (they do recover when the net is back up, but I cannot work during these outages).
Here are the stats (apparently, I "don't have permission to upload images" and then my "post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body", so good luck reading this😞
Port Status TxPkts RxPkts Collision Pkts Tx b/s Rx b/s Up Time WAN MER 515891 720103 0 18558 14088 02:33:10 LAN Up 409033096 341871946 0 499605 44576 1517:15:56 WLAN (2.4 GHz) Up 33804248 12797149 0 4000 20 1517:14:07 WLAN (5 GHz) Up 150845963 76784462 0 0 0 1517:14:05
WAN uptime shows the time of the last disconnect.
Before you blame wifi or give me a similar common excuse, my desktop is on LAN, while my partner's laptop and our phones are on wifi, and all of their connections die and restore at the same time. This is between the router and Sky, not something on my side.
The "Health check" claims that all is fine, obviously failing to notice the WAN's downtime implied in the above table.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Nat1719 Could you post your router stats again. Has your router been up for over 1500+ hours?

Sorry, this question disappeared after it was posted ("you don't have permission to view this content" or some similar nonsense), so it took a while to see yours.
I used the complaints form, got contacted by Sky, had an enigneer here, the modem was replaced, an Open Reach technician visited and put another box on the plug,... The connection is still dropping, but less and less frequently, so I'm just observing it at the moment.
Thank you.
