Wifi/internet

My tv & phones internet keeps dropping out despite restarting everything and the service checker says everythings fine

Do they have a good wifi signal ?

Is the TV near the broadband hub ?

When it happens do any light flash on the hub ?

Hub is next to box. Service checker showed good wifi. No lights flashing

Have you tried a reboot of the broadband hub, perhaps leave it off for 10 minutes or so ?
