Wifi internet connection not working

Checked online broadband status. Apparently all connected and working. Yet they aren't, wifi not working on our phones - keeps saying Internet not connected. And tv won't connect either, can't go on iplayer etc. Turned plug off & on - no luck. All 4 dots are green on router so it should be working fine but it isn't.

 

Desperately trying to fix this as need wifi for work tomorrow - can't work elsewhere.

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
