Wifi goes out for 30 mins - 1 hour

Sometimes my wifi will go out for a period of time, sometimes this is when I'm doing my work or using my wifi for my own benefits this is really not acceptable especially when I pay my bill every month and on time for reliable internet connection.

If this is happening throughout the night then it could be that there is maintenance taking place on your line, if it is occurring throughout the day it will need reporting to Sky.
