Wifi extender

Hi, I'd like to know whether you provide Wi-Fi extenders to customers, or whether I'd need to buy one myself. If you do provide them, is there a cost, and how do I request one? If not, can you recommend one that's compatible with my router? Thanks.

We are customers here so you are not talking to Sky.

If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account at about £6 per month then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

The first one can be self installed while a second and third will require an engineer visit.

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Alternatives are homeplugs or your own mesh network.
