The Sky Q booster is not appropriate for the Sky Max hub. You should be using Max Pods instead. These can be claimed from Sky if you have the WiFi max addon and you have either a WiFi blackspot in your home or one of your rooms is not getting the minimum WiFi speed stated on the WiFi Max agreement.
