Hi,
We have Sky fibre with the new black hub box.
Since going live with Sky, every month or so,
our Wifi drops out completely - however, the LEDs on the front of the hub (including WiFi) are all green, except for the Voice one which goes amber.
To resolve this, and get our wifi back, we have to reboot the hub by unplugging and plugging back in.
Does anyone else have this issue? And does anyone have a solution?
I'm puzzled as to why our WiFi cuts out when the light is still green. My only thought is that we do not have a phone plugged into the hub - hence maybe why the Voice light goes Amber, but I'm struggling to see how that would cut the WiFi out!

Can you post the router stats when this happens before rebooting the Sky Hub, there are instructions at the top of the forum in this area that explains how to post those stats when it happens again.
