My broadband is fine but I keep discovering my wifi has dropped (phone says "connected without internet") and when I turn off and on "Enable Wireless Access Point" it comes right, then a few days later goes again.
However I have various ethernet-connected devices that don't have a problem, so it's not the broadband only the wifi.
It seems an odd failure mode, I tried to talk to the Sky help robot but it refused to understand what I wanted. I hope that getting Sky to send me a new router would resolve it.
When the wifi is down, there's no change in hub status lights and I've not seen anything in "Recent Activity Logs" corresponding to the event.
If it helps, the hub is a "SR102" and its firmware version is "5.02.0704.R".
Thanks,
Oli

The sr102 is nearing end of line . It only has a 2.4ghz wifi which would be prone to interference from other ssids. I would suggest requesting a new router
Also could you post your hub stats

Ah thanks for the quick follow-up! I was hoping "new router" would be the answer as it's the easiest thing to fix. I thought mine was fairly modern. Here's my stats. Is there a straightforward system for requesting an updated router or do I need to sit on a call for hours?

I replied but can't see my reply on here - did I accidentally reply to you directly @cookiemonsteruk ?
Can you advise the most direct route to requesting an updated router?

It looks like the wireless radio for the 2.4ghz is banjaxed in that it dropped 53 minutes ago. I would defo advise you contact sky for a new hub usually er115 sky q hub or sr203 if you want broadband boost
Contact sky on 150 from your sky landline or
Follow the link and choose need more help

Hey I have the same issue, I'm right next to the router and the wifi signal just bouncing down to 0 about every 5 seconds. Internet itself is fine, I've checked with an ethernet cable.
The wifi light is always green but using Wifi Sweetspot app I can see the signal bouncing.
I have:
I have a sky router and q on the 1st floor, and a sky q mini both on the floor below and above. The sky q minis constantly loose connection, and I have to do a whole restarting router / sky q / sky q mini's almost every day - its a nightmare.
It was like that for a long time but then we got the new model router which solved all our problems, but about 3 montsh ago its started again. They sent me a refurbed replacement router but keep having the same problem. They added a boost but made no difference and that just got switched off.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
