Wifi dropping intermittently and refund

Hello I recently had an engineer out due to issues with broadband and wifi etc. It turned out that the router had not been registered properly by Sky in November. I was advised that a refund of charges would be applied to my account due to the issue being more than 3 days. Please could you advise if this has been applied and how much? Also, I had mentioned previously that when I re-signed to sky broadband in November that it MUST be reliable because I work from home. I was assured this would be the case. However, although less since the engineer's visit, the WiFi still drops intermittently even though my laptop is in the same room as the router! It seems that it might happen if another device such as Alexa is using wifi at the same time. I don't feel thos is acceptable and would be grateful for a resolution to this please, especially as I have a lot of meetings through Teams and need a reliable connection. Many thanks
