Hi there, We're becoming really annoyed !! almost everyday now, Wifi drops out for 20-30 minutes, two to three times a day almost and when we eventually get on line to check the health status then its back on !! you website says its working fine and shows good/great speed which it would because its back on ..... then sometimes its very slow and I have to unplug the power wait a few minutes then power up again ....... this is not the level of Service I expect or should have to pay for ........ last I checked its 2024 !!! why does weather affect Wifi ??

Generally it doesn't, unless the signal is to an external location, but moisture from rain (and sometimes cable junctions disturbed by wind) can have a significant effect on broadband delivered to an address over copper phone line.
