Wifi dropp

For the last week my wifi connection to devices is continually dropping (including sky mini boxes).  Wired connections to the router (black 4.2) work without issue.  Have tried Sky support via the normal channels but struggling to get any traction.  They have sent me a replacement router but that has not resolved the issue.  I need an engineer visit to hopefully move this to a resolution but keep on being fobbed off with texts asking me to try things or telling me my issue is resolved.

 

Any ideas on how to get a Sky engineer to come out and carry an actual assessment of the problem?  Have been a Sky broadband user for a number of users and until then last couple of weeks been reasonably happy with the service.
