Wifi drop out
My wifi keeps dropping to really low speeds but not long enough for the speed guarantee to pick it up and it's really frustrating

Hi @James309
The guarantee is generally for line speed issues or extended/permanent WiFi speed lows, it doesnt really cover if your WiFi speed dips low during short busy periods when either you or neighbours are causing WiFi congestion.
