Wifi down

Hi I'm having more issues with my wifi , I've already had engineers out for this problem with was fixed last Saturday . It has happened again last night can someone please tell me what's going on ? I'm fed up using my data . I refuse to wait another 5 days for repair again

Is it your Broadband that is down or your Wi-Fi? They are different things. Wifi is a wireless connection between your devices and your router. Broadband is the actual internet connection provided by Sky/Openreach.

Still no wifi

Can someone please tell me what is happening with my wifi , this is the second time in 2 weeks , I'm not happy . If they can't fix the problem I want out of my contract it's unacceptable
