Not able to connect to wifi

Since midnight my broadband has gone down. Have gone round and round and round in circles checking everything SKY chat bot has asked me to, but nothing works and just keeps throwing me back to the beginning of the cycle. If anything I have less lights on my router than when I started. Keeps telling me I have WiFi when I obviously don't as no devices are connect to it. Very frustrating. I'm a nurse and work from home and cannot complete my notes while calling patients.
