Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jakester98 you are not talking to Sky by posting in thecforum. However your issue is quite common. WiFi signal level around your home is determined bybthe layout and type of construction of your home. In manybhomes including my own a single wifi router is unable to provide adequate WiFi spedds in every room. I usexa 3 unit third party whole home wifi sloution or you van pay Sky for their WIFI Max bundlecwhich can provide up to 3 wifi extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
Regarding your office it is worth looking at what could be blocking the signal. For example if the hub is low diwn and there is a radiator on the wall to the office that will block all of the direct signal. Movecthe hub higher and things should get better. Metal is an absolute barrier but if there is a pair of fire places and chimnets you could be asking the signal to pass through 4 brick walls.
