Wifi does not open the app, but mobile data does
On my smart TV, when I open the app, it gives the error “pipeline_error_network” and then closes.
However, if I switch to mobile data, the app works fine.
I checked my Sky Shield settings and disabled all blocks, but the problem not solved.
What could be causing this?

Possibly a rights issue: Sky Broadband blocks access to web resources where required to do so by a copywrite holder claim or court order.

Do you know how can I resolve this? Would VPN work? Or changing the internet provider?
