Switched to Sky, which was originally fine, but for a number of weeks now there is VERY low signal upstairs. Never had this issue with Virgin, beyond disappointing. Is there any way of boosting signal?

Couldn't get max in our area, so have sent a complaint through my account. Simply not acceptable, hated Virgin but at least their signal didn't fail us!
