Wifi constantly going off again

My WiFi keeps disconnecting and getting orange lights on the WiFi box, this had been on and off for the last two days now. I work from home so this is really disruptive. And considering what I pay for sky it's not good enough. This also happend last year which I haven't had money back for yet
