Wifi connectivity for gaming

I upgraded to full fibre broadband in September. All fine. Two days ago I attempted to open a gaming app which I use daily and got a "no Internet connectivity" message. This also applied to 3 other devices attempted.  Game works fine on mobile with WiFi off and using mobile signal. Downloaded other games, all have same issue. Contacted Sky tech who suggested moving booster (which hadn't changed position from when all was  working fine). Also reduced security level tried and finally a factory reset on router. No joy, still no gaming! All other WiFi functions work, streaming, other apps and websites. Just gaming suddenly won't  connect. HELP.

@zaf69 check the setting for Sky's Briadband Shield as the lower age ranges limit online gaming. The settings are in the product options in the My Sky app.
