Wifi connection

Hello, 

 

I’m getting in touch because we’ve been having issues with the new box we got a few months ago, and it’s become really frustrating.

 

Since it was set up, we’ve constantly had connection problems. For example, when we're watching shows on Disney Plus, we get the “no connection” message multiple times during an episode. The Wi-Fi on our phones drops out regularly, and my partner often struggles to load programmes on his iPad.

 

What’s really annoying is that for the two years we had the old box, everything worked perfectly. The new one just isn’t performing as expected, and it’s causing a lot of disruption in our daily use.

 

I’d appreciate it if you could look into this and help us get things sorted ASAP. We need a reliable connection, as we cannot continue like this.

@Danielle94x And what is the new box that you have got! Have you tried any off the recomendations for fixes from any off the other post's!
