Wifi connection
Since starting with sky, the WiFi is intermittent and cintendtky cuts out for now reason. When I look at the app, it says it's good however this is not the case. Please can you explain why

@EddDane The app just does not get it right! Do you see anything with the link below?
This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

So the light is always white, however when I have Netflix or Disney (especially), it drops and says "no internet connection", for about 5/10seconds before it reconnects.
We also often have it were it it just drops out and comes for things to be pixelated 😐! I'm just confused as to why I get a good connection on the app, when infact, it's dire!
It seems like it's worse then virgin media, who I left as the connection was god awful there!

@EddDane What sky hub as you say white light the are you using sky Max for the connection to the device, assume this is all wireless wifi connecting also! Looks like your sky hub is staying up, but you are getting starved with the wireless wifi throughput or a poor wireless wifi connection to the device!
Have a look at the wireless wifi securities for the Max, WPA2-PSK would be the best mode!
