Wifi connection issues

I've previously reported issues with performance and connection issues with my wifi.

It has been particularly bad for the past 2-3 days but the service checker states there are no issues and everything is fine.

Any suggestions?

Engineer attended today but Internet still dropping after he left. Also I did not receive an invite to continue this chat.
