Hello Sky,
I've been having quite a bit of trouble getting in contact with a human. I hope this message finds you well.
My Wi-Fi has been cut off for about a week now, and I have an appointment with an engineer scheduled for the 22nd of October, which feels like a long time to wait.
The light under Wi-Fi is green, but the light under Internet is orange. From my understanding, this indicates a problem with the internet connection. Given that my router and cables are only six months old, I believe the most likely cause could be an IP conflict. I understand that this can potentially be resolved remotely.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could check for any conflicts as soon as possible. Being without Wi-Fi is a significant inconvenience, and I would prefer not to take time off work to wait for an engineer.
Thank you, Georgia

I hope it's not that, I thought my new neighbour may have stolen my IP address. Thanks for info though!
