How to connect my door camera to my wifi because it wont

I have tried to reconnect my door ring camera but it gets ,to 95 percent and stops and says check wifi connection everything else is working but can't get that connect to my wifi any help please

@Ian217 if the camera  is mounted on an external wall the WiFi signal level will be greatly reduced. You may need a WiFi booster in a window near the front door. Sky never guarantee wifi coversge outside your home.

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.
