Wifi connected but no internet

My Laptop shows that the WIFI connected but no internet. I am able to connted and using internet for my other laptop and devices. 

My personal laptop works fine but office laptop is causing an issue. Any help!!!

Has your IT people setup a static IP and subnet on your work laptop?

No, otherwise it won't work for other wifi networks. it's a dynamic IP.
