Wifi booster
We have a sky router for the internet/wifi as the signal is so poor within our house we have set up a TP Link wifi booster that uses the electric cables in your home to send the wifi around the house this has been working fine for three weeks great coverage but now its just lost all connection and we are back to square one with wifi not reaching round the house any help would be appreciated as paying for a service that is not working.

Re: Wifi booster
Sky loans wireless booster hardware (which doesn't use Powerline networking) free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.
Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.

Re: Wifi booster
Your broadband contract does not include terms for providing WiFi across your whole house unless you have one of the WiFi addons (Boost or Max)
If your having trouble with 3rd party powerline adapters you'd need to contact the manufacturer first.
