Wifi and broadband keep dropping

I got sky Q at the start of January and since then my WiFi keeps dropping - I know, it shouldn't make a difference given that sky Q is telly, but it's what's been happening! My sky router is connected to my sky Q box via ethernet but it still keeps saying I'm not connected whenever the WiFi drops, and when I try to reconnect it via ethernet or wifi it doesn't find an IP address. If I run checks through my sky it says everything is fine, but this is happening multiple times every day, to the extent I'm having to use my phone as a hotspot for work and gaming

@pix1e5  From the router stats you have provided there have been no drops. Have you tried another cable and is there other ports on the router you can try with the ethernet cable?
