Wifi acvtivation

Hello there, I am a new sky customer. Yesterday I had my engineer come out to sort the phone line out but due to unforseen circumstances in the town I live in this was unable to be successful. I did get a text earlier yesterday morning saying my Internet would be remotely activated by midnight. This has not happened at all. I have tried unplugging everything and plugged everything back in again. I have tried re starting my router. All have been unsuccessful.

You will have to call Sky for an update on your activation.

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
