Wifi Speed Issues following Full Fibre Installation

Hi,

Yesterday I had my broadband upgraded to the full fibre to home 300mb.  I've run tests through MySky app which are showing 313mb coming to my house.  Previously I had 37.5mb.  My router was not upgraded and is 4 years ld, however the ethernet cable provided by Sky was changed.

However, I have run speed tests on my phone and laptop which are showing 2-2.5mb download speeds which surely cannot be correct.  Websites are taking an age to open up, the download speeds are slower than the previous broadband.

I have a CCTV system which is wired in and I do have Sky Q and 3 Sky Q mini boxes throughout the house but none of these are running, only two phones and two laptops working from home.

Any help is much appreciated.
