Wifi Not working

Wifi router has a red dot in the middle of a line of three dots. Have tried restarting, waiting for 30secs, unplugging etc. Wifi isn't working.

Have check service status as says it all "looks good". What could the issue be and how do I solve it asap? Need wifi connection for urgent work!
