Wifi Max hub awaiting dispatch

Ordered Sky Wifi Max on the 18th. My order is showing that the Hub is still awaiting dispatch 11 days later...not impressed so far.

Just to be clear, is that an add-on/upgrade to existing Sky Broadband, or a new order for inernet service from Sky as an ISP?
