Our broadband dropped at around 10pm last night. We've followed the steps on the service checker including reseting the router and cannot get through to someone to speak to at Sky.
We have green lights for pwer and wireless, but an amber light for internet.
Anyone have any ideas how I can get through to Sky as the bot takes me back to the start of the process continually.
We're in Bridgend., South Wales

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I've run the test a few time and I'm getting this message...
There's an outage in your area
We're working on getting you back up and running. It usually takes a couple of days to fix things like this but might be sooner.
Is this realistic as a couple of days to fix it would be problematic?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@keryl If it is an area outage then it will not just be Sky that is having the issues, but other ISPs so Openreach the network provider would get it fixed sooner.
