Wifi Keeps Dropping despite no reported issues

Wifi keeps dropping out, router says no internet, has happened last 4 days now.

sky Full Fibre 150

 

run the tests and says all good no know issues but clearly not the case

Hello,

 

thank you, Ive reached out but the conversation being on a webpage/online along with the infrequency of replies without notification makes it difficult to track or keep on top of checking.

 

is there an alternative method of comminication?

 

im keen to get this sorted as today is another day where the wifi has gone down, pretty much 5 in a row with inconsitency and random dropouts hours on end.

 

not ideal when theres incoming price increases and we are not getting the service we are paying for

I ahve the same issue, been going on for weeks and that bloody bot thing does my head in. I just want to talk to a human!!!
